Pumpkin Chicken Soup
Im still trying to get rid of my Hurricane Katrina rations. Here's a terrible soup I came up with today. I couldnt finish the bowl.
Difficulty: Easy Time: 2 minutes prep + 10 minutes cooking
Ingredients
- Canned pumpkin
- Campbell's cream of chicken soup
- Nutmeg
- Salt & pepper
- 1 Cup of water
- Some half and half or cream
- Parsley>
Directions
- Put all the ingredients in pot
- Cook pot on low heat until boiling for about 10 - 15 minutes
- Serve and garnish with chopped parsley
